At Bella Bethesda, we’re dedicated to transforming the beauty industry’s environmental impact. Every minute, it sends 877 pounds of waste to landfills. Our mission is to empower clients to feel beautiful while protecting our planet. Partnering with Green Circle enables us to recycle up to 95% of salon materials, including bottles, foils, hair trimmings, and leftover color.
To support this sustainability effort, a small fee is included on all tickets, ensuring we lead in eco-responsible practices. Each pound repurposed reduces waste and contributes to our commitment to a more beautiful Earth.
Bella Bethesda’s Associates are our soon to be salon professionals! They work in tandem with our senior stylists to not only help the salon run smoothly, but also receive training in the areas of technical skills, guest services and business building to ensure unparalleled quality and consistency. Every associate seamlessly transitions onto the floor as a level 1 stylist who has the skills and confidence necessary for success in our industry.
As a last step before transitioning to a Level 1, our Associates become Emerging Talent Stylists who begin taking clients on specified days. All such services are performed by fully licensed professionals in advanced training, under Senior Stylist supervision. These appointments are ideal for guests comfortable with a learning environment and slightly longer service times, while enjoying quality results at a special rate.
